TIG in conjunction with SMF, will be holding a REACH awareness seminar on Tuesday 20th May at NAMTEC in Rotherham. The day will be facilitated by one of the leading UK REACH consultancies, REACH-Ready, and will be specifically tailored to the metal industry. The main focus will be on the basics of REACH as the day's technical backbone, with a significant discussion session at the end of the day where attendees will have the chance to ask specific questions to the speaker. The day will be beneficial to those who are in the early stages of understanding the technical implications of REACH, and those who are wanting to expand on a basic working knowledge. The cost for the day will be £75 +VAT for Non TIG or SMF members, and £25 +VAT for members. Any companies that sign up on the day, or on a basis of this REACH event will be reinbursed of the extra cost.
